Syneos Health set a lively tone with a warm welcome, followed by a focus on the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association's 2025 strategy, envisioning a future where every woman has a voice.

    A highlight was the fireside chat on vulnerability, where leaders shared stories of resilience and the power of listening. Discussions then shifted to AI in leadership, showing how technology enhances decision-making. The day also emphasized mental health and self-care as foundations for impactful leadership.

    The event was a celebration of ideas, diversity, and growth, fostering meaningful relationships through authentic conversations.

    Absolutely loved hosting and being part of the HBA India region Pune meet-up! 💜 It was truly inspiring to witness how women are not just leading from the front but also lifting each other up by openly sharing their journeys. The authenticity in every conversation-whether about vulnerability, AI, or mental health-made it more than just an event; it became a space for growth, courage, and connection.
