These dynamic 3-5 minute talks bring to life the HBA vision of Creating Leaders for Life, celebrating leadership journeys from early career through retirement while highlighting the evolving nature of leadership today.
We're looking for compelling stories about:
- Moments that strengthened your future-readiness
- Intentional decisions that created meaningful impact
- Adaptive thinking that helped you navigate change
- Courageous leadership that built deeper human connections
If you have an experience or insight that could inspire others, this is your opportunity to share it.

Length: 3–5 minutes per speaker
Format: Short presentation supported by slides or visual aids

- Becoming Future Ready: A Moment That Prepared You for What's Next: A professional turning point that expanded your perspective as new expectations, markets, or technologies emerged.
- Impact by Design: Turning Intention into Meaningful Results: A moment when clear purpose, collaboration, or informed decisions led to results that created lasting value.
- Designing a Portfolio Career: When Adaptive Thinking Opened New Possibilities: A story about adaptive thinking, digital fluency, or global collaboration that revealed new paths forward during change or uncertainty.
