Hey Mamta and the amazing HBA Mumbai team,

So lovely to meet you all! I'm Rayasha Das, currently working at Bristol Myers Squibb in the Regulatory Affairs space, where I support global CMC submissions. I also contribute to internal process improvement initiatives and culture-building programs like our GRS Fun Catalyst group. Super excited to be here with like-minded women passionate about making an impact in healthcare!

🌟 What's your superpower?
My superpower is bringing energy and clarity into chaos. Whether it's managing last-minute submission deadlines or anchoring large-scale team events, I love being the calm in the storm and making things feel possible-even fun.

🎯 What is your career goal?
I'm aspiring to grow into a leadership role where I can combine strategy, storytelling, and science to influence how healthcare innovations reach people faster and better.

💬 A great piece of advice from a mentor?
One that's stuck with me recently: "You don't have to have the loudest voice in the room to be heard-you just need to speak with intention." That reminder helps me find my voice during public speaking and stakeholder conversations, especially when this is an area I am still developing myself for.

🤝 How do you see yourself influencing others in this community?
I want to bring my event experience, storytelling skills, and drive for inclusion to create engaging, empowering spaces-especially for women early in their careers like me who are still finding their path. I'd love to collaborate on mentorship circles, host panel discussions, or even lead fun knowledge exchange sessions!

💡 How can our community impact you and your career in the business of healthcare?
I see this community as a force multiplier. Learning from the diverse paths, leadership stories, and live experiences of fellow members will absolutely help me grow-personally and professionally. It's also a great platform to stretch my wings beyond my current role.

🌱 Why did you join the HBA?
I joined because I truly believe in the power of women supporting women-and I wanted to be part of something bigger than my org or function. HBA felt like the right place to connect, contribute, and grow in the company of inspiring peers.
