Hi Everybody!!

I am so happy to join the Vienna community!

And maybe we can all introduce ourselves and connect sometimes!

• A little about yourself
  • I work for Novartis as a Data Automation & Insight Manager in Vienna, Austria, and I am looking forward to find some community to volunteer.
  • I am an avid swimmer (especially open water) and now experiencing the Danube and cold swimming.
• Why you joined the HBA
  • I hope to network and connect with others within the industry (as this is an industry I love). 
  • I am also looking forward to meet new friends ( hopefully :)).
• A great piece of advice you've received from a mentor or colleague
  • Don't sell yourself short, you are very agile, and don't under estimate it.
• Experiences and/or challenges you've had as a woman in the workplace
  • In my field, I have been able to engage only with a handful of women. Most Data engineer were not women. On a personal level, I have also experienced some challenges on how to be heard or make people understand data, digital and innovations, especially through an LT perspective.
