Hi All,

I am Tinkara, newly appointed Branch Lead of HBA Ljubljana.

I was fortunate to learn and lead across several countries, industries, responsibility levels, agency and client side and most of all work with different amazing people across the globe in the last 23+ years. This is how I got to know and appreciate different cultures; ways of working, perspectives and how various aspects of business come together and depend on each other.

My background is in (digital) marketing, product management, customer experience and engagement, digital, commercial excellence and consulting. With that you constantly drive change, evolve people mindset and manage expectations on a daily basis. It is not always easy:).

It looks like my journey advances in Pharma, so I joined the HBA being passionate about People Development, Leadership and unexplored Opportunities for Women (network) in Healthcare business.

my name is Urša Lakner and I work as Policy and Public Affairs Senior Manager at Pfizer, being responsible for eight Adriatic countries. i just recently joined HBA Team and already enjoying different conversations going on.
