I am Alessandra Montesanto, I am a senior manager at Haleon, and I have been part of the HBA for few years.
It has been great to meet many like minded people and had the opportunity to learn new skill when I volunteered for the team in London. My base has now changed and I look forward to meet many new people in Dubai to share experiences, learning from different companies and leadership experience. I am exited for this new chapter and I look forward to connecting with many of you!!
I will also attend the ELS 2026. Is anyone attending from the UAE chapter?
