The HBA Think Tank invites you to participate in our first survey for 2025 – "A Focus on Belonging for Women of Color:  Insights and Perspectives from All Healthcare Professionals".

The purpose of this survey is to explore workplace experiences and sentiments of employees in the healthcare industry-with a focus on the unique challenges, opportunities, and support systems particularly affecting women of color. By gathering a wide range of HBA member perspectives, we aim to better understand workplace dynamics and build solutions that promote greater inclusion and belonging for all professionals in this vital industry.

Who Should Take This Survey?

This is a global survey for all healthcare professionals who wish to help us further discover, define, and describe workplace inclusivity and belonging. Whether you identify as a woman of color sharing your unique experiences, a male ally contributing to workplace inclusivity, or a professional at any level interested in shaping a more inclusive environment, your voice is vital to this effort.

To Strengthen Workplace Culture: Your responses will guide strategies to improve workplace practices, relationships, and collaboration across the healthcare industry, helping to create environments where everyone feels valued and supported.
