What does it really take to build trust at work? Join HBA Melbourne for a 2-hour facilitated session with Dina Pozzo, Founder & Director of insium and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, as she explores the BRAVING Trust framework, drawn from Dr Brené Brown’s empirically based Dare to Lead™ courage-building program. Dare to Lead™ research shows that courage is a collection of four teachable, measurable and observable skillsets: Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living into Your Values, BRAVING Trust and Learning to Rise. In this session, Dina will take a deeper look at BRAVING Trust and its seven elements: Boundaries | Reliability | Accountability | Vault | Integrity | Non-judgment | Generosity Participants will explore what each element means, how gaps in any one area can erode trust, and how the full framework can be applied to build stronger, more authentic workplace relationships. You will leave with a personal action plan to support your Call to Courage. About Your Facilitator Dina Pozzo brings more than 30 years of international experience in learning and organisational development.
