This month, we will explore “Start with Why” by Simon Sinek, an influential book that challenges leaders and organizations to think differently about inspiration, motivation, and lasting impact. Through compelling stories and practical examples, Sinek introduces the concept that the most successful leaders and organizations begin with a clear understanding of why they do what they do before focusing on what they do or how they do it.
The HBA LA Chapter Book Club is designed as a collaborative learning experience where healthcare professionals come together to exchange ideas, broaden perspectives, and strengthen their leadership capabilities. Rather than focusing solely on the content of the book, we use its concepts as a foundation for meaningful discussion, self-reflection, and practical application in both professional and personal settings.
