The Circle of Advisors' Program will provide a meaningful opportunity for innovative career development and creation of a peer board of directors, an informal group of people you grow to trust, whose knowledge and perspectives you can call upon when working through decisions to supercharge your professional (and personal) trajectory. Combine a Circle of Advisors with an Executive Coach and you have a winning combination to create deep learnings. What you will gain in this program: insight into diverse perspectives, a robust accountability system, an enduring climate of trust, and the ability to gain confidence in taking risks. A Circle consists of 5-8 executive-level peers matched to an Executive Coach selected based on their proven expertise and experience in partnering with and supporting top-tier executive-level leaders. The Circle should try to meet twice in the first month (virtually) and then once per month thereafter. The program runs 7 April 2026-10 November 2026. We encourage you to commit to fully participating in scheduled sessions, engaging with your advisory circle, and honoring the collective experience of the group. Please understand that your consistent participation is essential to the success of both your own journey and the experience of the other members.
