Reducing Busyness Without Sacrifice

In our relentless pursuit of success, we think we need to be busy all of the time. By learning about mindfulness and figuring out what's really important to us, we can avoid getting caught up in doing things just because we are afraid of missing out. Remember, we only have 24 hours in a day, so its better to focus on what really matters. It turns out, when we choose our activities carefully, we can actually get more important stuff done.
