The Engagement Regional Director is responsible for regional membership strategy/orientation and volunteer engagement placement tracking and recognition. Trains and supports all chapter Membership and Volunteering DALs on tools, resources and best practices. This role could evolve into multiple roles in the future as the organization expands. Criteria - To be eligible for this role, you must have previous HBA board experience.
