A regional vice president is the strategic leader of the function within the region and member of the regional council 

The member experience department is dedicated to individual members.

Scope of department:
strategic planning around member recruitment, retention, and engagement across the region; regional recruitment and engagement activities/initiatives 

Criteria -
To be eligible for this role, you must have previous HBA board experience.
