Each HBA Region is home to an Programming Center of Excellence (COE), which is responsible for the delivery of HBA regional offerings, operational excellence for all event planning and execution in region and ensuring Chapter and Regional programming content aligns with Global educational priorities and focus. The primary Programming committees are:
- Operational Excellence: provides region-wide training, support, best practices, resources, etc on programs and event planning to all local chapters and regional committees. Responsible for oversight of the region-wide event calendar.
