This role is second in demand to the Global Tomorrow's Executive, Chair to encourage confidence to strive for a seat at the table and build presence once there for entry to mid level colleagues. While encouraging advocates to foster growth for early career professionals by creating/ continuing to engage online community platforms for early to mid level professionals, LinkedIn and Instagram specifically while also creating appropriate governance and definitions for roles within the TE GCC.
