The Regional Council Chair manages the leadership team in the region to set a coordinated strategy for the region and ensure each leader is managing her/his area efficiency and effectively coordinating their plans and activities across the region with their peers. The goal of the Regional Council leadership team is to maximize the HBA member experience in the region for individual members and corporate partners. The Regional Council Chair’s role is to ensure that happens while attending to the required business disciplines of planning, tracking and reporting performance against targets and expectations.

Criteria - To be eligible for this role, you must have previous HBA board experience.
