Description:

Key responsibilities

  • Oversees scheduling, preparation, execution and manages follow-ups of chapter meetings, including meeting recaps and action items (Slide preparation, topic solicitation, agenda drafting, scheduling, timekeeper, meeting minutes, document distribution/storage, basic project management of ongoing initiatives)
  • Supports Chapter President and Operations Director with presentation creation or additional tasks as needed
  • Coordinates with HBA Staff and Volunteer Experience department to maintain contact data, and access privileges, i.e., Community, to ensure effective communications
  • Governance: ensures chapter compliance with association governance requirements


Criteria: To be eligible for this role, you must be an HBA member and have previously served as a volunteer in good standing, and is a current HBA member.
