Description:

Responsible for the strategic development and execution of any annual AG development programs and/or programmatic educational tracks; leads any global group initiatives identified by HBA priorities.
  • As member needs and bandwidth rises, responsible for the strategic development of any new member value offerings for the group (i.e. a long-term (6-9 mos.) development programs or programmatic educational tracks in line with member needs/priorities).
  • Leads team in the planning/execution of any member value offerings (planning, setup, execution and maintenance), ensuring committee members are trained and deliver on expectations
  • *If HBA priorities dictate a focus on this particular member group and require specific initiatives/projects to be explored, this individual is responsible for leading the AG leadership in this effort. See footnote.
  • Build a committee to assist in the execution of all MVO tasks and initiatives
