The Innovation Committee explores and tests new opportunities, tools, and ideas to increase HBA’s impact. This committee nurtures a culture of creativity, where radical and disruptive ideas are encouraged to grow and transform both HBA and the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and surface emerging trends, tools, and practices that could enhance HBA’s reach and relevance.
- Collaborate closely with other NAOB committees on the incubation of innovation ideas that are aligned with their mandates.
- Assess the viability and potential impact of new ideas, pilot projects, and innovative approaches.
- Partner with staff and volunteers to design, test, and evaluate prototypes or pilot initiatives.
- Foster an open, inclusive environment that values creative thinking and bold experimentation.
- Share learnings, recommendations, and successful practices with other HBA committees and leadership.
