The Career Transformations Affinity Group supports women through their overall career acceleration learning, growing and expanding career horizons. We help members navigate change within their existing companies as well as new organizations. Our approach focuses on building lifelong relationships that provide supportive networking, peer advice and collaboration along with interactive, empowering, and educational career development programs.
This role is responsible for creating a sense of belonging and driving value among group members, especially via the HBA Community to position it as a true internal resource group for members, and developing a strategic engagement plan for the AG.
