3BC brings executive leaders together to form a community with the common purpose of accelerating the business value of women leaders in the healthcare and life sciences industry. This annual event is chaired by two senior leaders from HBA’s Corporate Partners who have previously attended at least one 3BC event. They are tasked with offering feedback critical to content development and providing greetings during the 2021 3BC virtual event. The co-chair positions provide significant visibility across the industry and opportunities for strategic networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in content development advisory meeting to make recommendations for 2021 theme, content, and speakers to be further developed by HBA staff. (May)
- Participate in follow-up content development advisory meeting to review schedule developed by HBA staff, ensuring it delivers on value proposition. (June/July)
- Participate in speaker/facilitator rehearsals in preparation for live, virtual event. (September)
- Participate in event recordings and live sessions as needed. (September)
