Global leader of the HBA volunteer experience area, working closely with HBA senior staff to align all volunteer/offerings groups across the organization.
- Communicates HBA Board strategy/priorities to other global/regional/chapter leaders and leads cross-functional strategy development planning to meet HBA Board goals
- Mentors, coaches and supports global/regional/chapter leaders and volunteers in their leadership/career development.
- Practices proactive succession planning to ensure their role and essential roles within their council are always filled.
To be considered for this role the candidate must have served at the chapter/regional/global level as a volunteer leader for the HBA for 2 or more years.
