The Career Transformations Affinity Group supports women through their overall career acceleration learning, growing and expanding career horizons. We help members navigate change within their existing companies as well as new organizations. Our approach focuses on building lifelong relationships that provide supportive networking, peer advice and collaboration along with interactive, empowering, and educational career development programs.
This role serves as second-in-command to the Global Career Transformations Chair, to create and provide facilitated focused group networking/coaching and opportunities to leverage and share HBA career knowledge.
