Purpose of Role:
- One of the largest potentials for growth for the Affinity Groups is with HBA members of corporate partners. As the AG Global Committee, we need to make sure that the value of the AGs is represented in Corporate Partner materials.
- The Corporate Partner Engagement Director will work closely with HBA central staff and regional CP Presidents to support the strategic imperatives of the AG global committee including running and managing a CP awareness initiative.
Note: The AG Committee Engagement Director will not reach out to any CPs directly. All materials and promotions will be executed in conjunction with the regional CP Presidents.
- The Ambassador Program is a large global initiative run by the HBA in conjunction with specific corporate partners. The Engagement Director will create awareness for the AGs with participants to encourage them to either join AGs and/or volunteer with AGs to continue their participation with the HBA.
Example responsibilities:
- Meets with Global AG Committee to understand strategic imperatives & needs
- Meets with Regional CP Presidents and HBA staff on CP functional monthly calls to understand what is currently being done to promote HBA offerings to CPs and their employees
- Meets with Ambassador Program leadership and HBA staff to understand what is currently being done to promote AGs to program participants
- Makes suggestions for improving awareness of AGs with CPs and Ambassador Program participants
- Works with AG MarCommDirector to create additional marketing assets as needed
Time Commitment: 4-6 hours per month
