Second-in-command to the Global Council Chair, stepping in as needed in the Chair, Global Committee Councils absence to fulfill Global Council leadership responsibilities. The Global Deputy Chair has direct oversight of all HBA global programs and member value offerings, working closely with HBA staff to align all offerings groups across the organization.
