The Fit to Lead Affinity Group provides a unique network and leadership development offering based on research demonstrating the strong relationship between physical fitness and leadership.
The Fit to Lead Affinity Group Global Chair provides guidance, support, best practices, resources, etc on programming in alignment with the FTL Affinity Group purpose. The Global Chair is also responsible for raising the awareness of the Affinity Group within the HBA Regions and it’s value offerings to drive and retain members. Criteria - To be eligible for this role, you must have previous experience in leading a Region/Chapter Fit to Lead Affinity Group and/or running Fit to Lead programs in a Region/Chapter.
