HBA is seeking content reviewers for the 2021 Annual Conference breakout/workshop proposals. Reviewers are responsible for using our automated reviewer platform to review, evaluate and score potential workshop presentations. This opportunity runs from approximately 2 July – 30 July and will require about 10 – 12 hours of your time. The position also requires an online 30-minute webinar training reviewing the details and instructions for the review process.
This is a great opportunity for volunteers looking for a short-term yet meaningful role in the annual conference. Volunteers will receive recognition in the conference program and in the conference App.

Experience Required:
Subject matter expertise in leadership development, knowledge, and competencies necessary to maximize individual and team success OR a current/past volunteer role on chapter/regional programming committee or affinity group committee. Example of priority topics include:
- Industry trends, future outlooks, disruption
- Optimizing diversity
- Proven techniques for progressing careers (i.e. communication skills, persuasion, confidence, negotiation, brand development)
- Mentoring, allyship, coaching, advocate
- Working with and leading diverse or remote teams; return to work
