An Operating Board Director is responsible for the geographic excellence of their particular functional focuses.. They provide functionally specific expertise in operating board strategy development and leads functional calls with regional functional leadership to ensure proper deployment of strategy and functional excellence.

- Partnerships: Create partnerships to establish best practice & implementation strategies.
- EMEA Expansion: Drive the strategic vision of the HBA into new countries and regions by collaboration with key stakeholders, Corporate Partners, members and volunteers.
Criteria - Previous HBA chapter/regional/global leadership experience required (additional board experience a plus)
