Description:

An Operating Board Director is responsible for the geographic excellence of their particular functional focuses.. They provide functionally specific expertise in operating board strategy development and leads functional calls with regional functional leadership to ensure proper deployment of strategy and functional excellence. 

To ensure our vision “Gender parity as at the basis of true business & personal success in the healthcare industry.” The position will be key to inspire next generation women leaders by focusing on key areas:

  • Mentoring Programs: Amplify peer-to-peer interaction (similar seniorities across disciplines) to generate momentum for upward corporate mobility. Create engaging, multi-dimensional mentoring, (junior-senior & peer level). Cultivate sponsors (male & female).
  • Education & Events: Enhance skills & knowledge, through educational, coaching & inspirational events. Augment career-boosting capabilities to own career narrative & trajectory. Provide regional consistency of programs & communications

Criteria - Previous HBA chapter/regional/global leadership experience required (additional board experience a plus)
