The operations and insights role is responsible for the overall organization, administration, and reporting for the department and uses data, insights and trends to recommend and inform department strategic planning and committee focus. Reports to the department president.
The education and events department is dedicated to education and events.
Scope of department: strategic planning around regional educational priorities and virtual/in-person events; coordination/oversight of all region/chapter event types and regional event execution
Criteria - To be eligible for this role, you must have previous HBA board experience.
