The Corporate Relations Lead is part of the North America Operating Board Engagement team*. The Lead will focus on implementing strategy for geographical and partnership growth. This will be achieved by leveraging current relationships and knowing partnership “levels” to facilitate the engagement with new corporate partners across North America. This role will work closely with the region leads in support of the corporate partners while working to strengthen the support model of HBA locations. This role will report directly to the North America Operating Board Director of Engagement and works closely with HBA staff. This position will work to align priorities to organizational strategy, and work collaboratively to determine success of the partnerships and ways to support and grow these relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Inform, implement, and align the strategic plan,
● Liaison and create a community across region corporate relations presidents to leverage best practices and create efficiencies, including monthly meetings to allow for regular knowledge share across North America.
● Participates in meetings with new corporate partners as appropriate and requested by NAOB or Central.
● Leverage data on corporate partners using the benefits of HBA (membership, etc.)
Time commitment: 5-10 hours per month
- The HBA NA Operating board Engagement team leaders play key roles in developing and implementing strategic plans for engagement (1) look to increase/enhance the membership experience (2) to increase the sense of belonging among members and increase the number of volunteers across the organization.
Criteria - To be eligible for this role, you must have previous HBA board experience.
