The conferences regional director plans and executes the region’s conference strategy. Responsible for conference budget planning and P&L, project planning and coordination with other necessary parties (i.e. chapters, other COEs). Oversees conference implementation, recruitment, logistics and marketing while ensuring adherence to HBA event policies and best practices. Reports to the regional programming center of excellence president.
Criteria - To be eligible for this role, you must have previous HBA board experience.
