The Operations Support Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the EMEA Operating Board by providing administrative, operational, and governance support. This role facilitates seamless execution of board activities, maintains critical documentation, and ensures compliance with HBA governance policies.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, communication, and governance skills who is passionate about driving operational excellence in a dynamic, global leadership environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee scheduling, preparation, and execution of Operating Board and Regional Leadership meetings, including agenda drafting, slide preparation, timekeeping, meeting minutes, and document distribution.
- Manage follow-ups, track action items, and provide meeting recaps to ensure accountability and progress.
- Facilitate governance compliance by ensuring adherence to HBA policies, bylaws, and reporting requirements across the region.
- Maintain a structured and organized document repository for all board materials, reports, and governance records.
Criteria: To be eligible for this role, you must be an HBA member and have previously served as a volunteer in good standing, and is a current HBA member.
