Each HBA Region is home to a corporate relations Center of Excellence (COE), which performs all of the necessary corporate relations functions across the geography and for all chapters within that geography. Their role is to create the HBA experience for companies, focus on companies as the customer, build "HBA inside" companies to develop employees, create advocacy and drive HBA value. The primary Corporate Relations committees are:
- Business Development: works with HBA prospects, sponsors and corporate partners to seek/coordinate event venues and sponsorship, soliciting new sponsors and Corporate Partners, and developing and maintaining existing relationships.
- Ambassador Community: assists in building "HBA inside" corporate partner companies and liaises with the community of internal ambassadors for Corporate Partner sites within the region
