- Second-in-command to the AG Global Committee Chair, stepping in as needed in the Chair's absence to fulfill Global Committee leadership responsibilities
- Assists in communication of HBA mission & values and communicates HBA strategy/priorities to all AG global leaders
- Leads strategy implementation across all global affinity groups
- Leads meetings as needed to ensure alignment, best practice sharing and collaboration across the groups and look for value gaps and areas of improvement
- Uses data-driven insights to inform global member value offerings planning, activities and goals
- Mentors, coaches and supports global leaders and volunteers in their leadership/career development.
- Practices proactive succession planning to ensure their role and essential roles are always filled.
To be considered for this role the candidate must have served at the chapter/regional/global level as a volunteer leader for the HBA for 2 or more years.
