3BC brings executive leaders together to form a community with the common purpose of accelerating the business value of women leaders in the healthcare and life sciences industry. This annual event is chaired by two senior leaders from HBA’s Corporate Partners who have previously attended at least one 3BC event. They are tasked with offering feedback critical to program development and providing greetings during the 2024 3BC event, which will take place on Thursday, 9 May in New York City. The co-chair positions provide significant visibility across the industry and opportunities for strategic networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in advisory meetings to review schedule developed by HBA staff, ensuring it delivers on value proposition. (February)
- Offer suggestions on pre-read information to email attendees prior to the event. (March)
- Contribute to developing a list of prompts to utilize during networking opportunities during the event. (March)
- Participate in virtual speaker/facilitator rehearsals in preparation for live event. (April)
- Serve as co-hosts during the live event. (May)
