The Operations and Insights Director is responsible for the overall organization, administration and reporting; provides insights, analytics and analysis on membership and volunteer satisfaction, event surveys/recommendations and ad hoc research. This role will keep the operational aspects of the affinity group on schedule and organized, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.
Criteria - To be eligible for this role, you must have previous HBA experience and an interest in project management.
