HBA Career Transformations Monthly Peer-Led Chat

Join us to network with and learn from your peers on how best to navigate career growth and changes. Connect in small groups. Share your experiences and learn from others on career-related topics. We've all been in a career transformation whether in a current company or moving to a new company. In this call you'll receive support and learn working strategies from your peers. The group will set the agenda based on attendees' relevant and timely needs. Historic topics have included negotiating, transitioning cross-functionally, breaking through to the executive level, becoming a board member, effective career search strategies, networking best practices, and navigating lay-offs and restructuring among many other topics. Be ready to talk about what drew you to attend the call and share what you've done to overcome past challenges. This is facilitated by Career Transformations Affinity Group leaders and is a great opportunity to network with peers.
